Space Explorers – Morning Session
Blast off on an out-of-this-world creative adventure at Petal & Pearl! 🚀🪐👽
Our Space Explorers workshop combines art, science, sensory play and friendly competition in one action-packed session.
Children will:
🛸 Mix and create their own alien slime to take home
🎨 Explore colour and creative spray-paint techniques to create a super-galactic masterpiece
🚀 Discover the science of force and air power while launching and racing our rocket launchers

Please dress for mess: We’ll be working with slime and paint, so things may get a little messy! Old clothes are recommended—but luckily, children are washable!
Where children are happy and confident to do so, we encourage parents/carers to drop them off for the workshop. This helps us keep the creative space calm, organised and spacious, while allowing the children to get fully involved and enjoy the activities independently.
Our workshops are run by DBS-checked childcare professionals with 20 years of experience, so your little creators will be in safe and experienced hands.
Parents/carers who would prefer to remain on site are welcome to wait in our adjoining room rather than at the creative table. There is also a farm café directly opposite the studio where you can relax and grab a coffee during the session.
Please note that younger children may need a little reassurance or support when they first arrive.

Photos and videos may be taken during our workshops for use on our website, social media and future marketing. If you do not give permission for your child to be included, please write “Photo permission – No” in the important information box.
