Ghouls, Spells & Broomsticks – Children’s Halloween Party 🎃👻

Join us at Petal & Pearl Design Studio for a 1.5-hour Halloween party experience filled with bubbling potions, spooky crafts and broomstick races!

A fun-filled afternoon of half-term creativity, with Halloween creations and a special party memory to take home. Fancy dress is very welcome! 🪄

What’s included?

🧪 Witches’ potions – Mix up a fizzing, bubbling group potion 

🧹 Broomstick races – Get ready for giggles as we send our balloon-powered broomsticks racing!

👻 Glow-in-the-dark ghost pictures– Create your own spooky masterpiece using glow-in-the-dark paint.

📿 Spooky necklace making – Make a Halloween necklace to complete your spooky look.

📸 Party photo & mini frame decorating – Capture a memory from the day, then decorate a mini frame to take home with your photo inside.

Location: Petal & Pearl Design Studio, Church Farm, Ardeley, near Stevenage

Price: £24 per child

Duration: 1.5 hours

All activities and materials are included. With just 10 children per session, there’s plenty of opportunity to get creative in a small-group setting.

Parent/carer information

Please dress for mess: We’ll be mixing potions and working with paint, so things may get a little messy! Old clothes—or fancy dress you don’t mind getting messy—are recommended. Luckily, children are washable!

Where children are happy and confident to do so, we encourage parents/carers to drop them off for the session. This helps us keep the creative space calm, organised and spacious, while allowing children to get fully involved and enjoy the activities independently.

Our sessions are run by DBS-checked childcare professionals with 20 years of experience, so your little creators will be in experienced hands.

Parents/carers who would prefer to remain on site are welcome to wait in our adjoining room rather than at the creative table. There is also a farm café directly opposite the studio where you can relax and grab a coffee during the session.

Younger children may need a little reassurance or support when they first arrive, so please allow some time to help them settle in.

Photography: Photos and videos may be taken during the party for use on our website, social media and future marketing. If you do not give permission for your child to be included, please write “Photo permission – No” in the important information box.

Venue access: There are two steps at the entrance to the studio. Please get in touch before booking with any access questions.
